ANNOUNCEMENT

‘GLOGIFT 10’, an International Conference with the theme “Designing for Flexibility and Security for the Future” is an effort to provide a global forum for practitioners, policy makers, teachers, researchers and learners to share their practical experiences, knowledge and insight in the evolution, formulation and implementation of strategies and models for designing more robust and flexible systems that can support the future enterprises to meet the complex and changing requirements of global business. The objective of the conference is to provide a knowledge sharing platform for dissemination of research and experiential findings through empirical study, qualitative modeling, case studies, new concepts and state-of-the-art studies.

CALL FOR PAPERS

‘GLOGIFT 10’, invites researchers, learners and practitioners to submit research-based as well as practical papers linked with the Theme of the Conference. There will be 1 Special Track each of the two days for “student papers” only. The two best papers submitted by students will be recognized and awarded.

The broad areas / sub-themes that will be of interest for the conference are any themes related to flexibility of designs, scalability, technology maturity, systems architecture and integration, more topics are listed below:

SUBMISSION

Papers should be thought provoking and based on current research. The titles should be brief. Although there is no word limit, concise papers are encouraged. Papers can be accepted for presentation based on the extended abstracts. Publication in Proceedings is subject to a strict set of standards of review and deadlines. Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings of the conference on CD and a selection of these papers will be considered for publication in the International Journal of Industrial and Systems Engineering (IJISE) and International Journal of Services and Operations Management (IJSOM) International Journal of Global Business and Competitiveness (IJGBC) after due review processes. SYMPOSIA, TUTORIALS AND WORKSHOPS

If you wish to conduct a symposium, tutorial or workshop, submit a summary of at least two pages on what you propose to do in your session and why it is of interest and importance to the participants. All participants must register and attend the meeting.
